WatchBros Returns & Refund

At WatchBros, every timepiece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

We understand, however, that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange your purchase.

This policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Our Promise of Authenticity

Every product sold by WatchBros is 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified suppliers.

All watches are checked by our quality assurance team before shipment to ensure accuracy, condition, and authenticity.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags, protective films, certificates, manuals, and packaging.
  2. Returns must be initiated within [insert number, e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order.
  3. Any watch that shows signs of wear, resizing, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Note: Custom, engraved, or special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Request a Return

Include the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Name and contact information
  3. Reason for return
  4. Supporting photos (if the product arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a WatchBros error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
  2. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  3. WatchBros is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. You will receive an email confirming the status of your return.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  3. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model:

  1. Contact returns@watchbros.com to check product availability.
  2. Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes inspection.
  3. Any price difference between models will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos and your order number.
  2. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  3. Please retain all original packaging and documentation during the inspection process.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our customers and brand integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Engraved or custom-ordered watches
  2. Watches showing signs of wear or alteration
  3. Gift cards or digital vouchers
  4. Clearance or final-sale items

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
